The rest of lunch went by quickly. Shippo proved to be quite the comedian and Kagome laughed all throughout the meal. Later on, she couldn’t remember if she had gotten another word in, but the rest of her at work paled in comparison to her lunch break.
That night, she was watching TV and decided to check on her online profile. She hadn’t been on the site in days. She figured it would kill a bit of time as well as her boredom. Scrolling through her messages, one of the bright pink boxes caught her eye. She clicked on it.
